Efficacy
Silence the expression of MITF to treat various spots, including chloasma.
Compared with various whitening ingredients, it has a stronger ability to inhibit melanin. After 14 and 28 days of use, the number and size of brown spots and UV spots have improved.
Compared with the whitening gold-labeled kojic acid, the use of 0.8% UNISOUL® RNAiW has a 64.7% lower melanin content than kojic acid. 5% is added to the UNILIPO essence, and the effect is immediate.
Using UNISOUL® RNAiW raw materials for 28 days can significantly reduce skin melanin (2.44%) and greatly improve skin brightness (1.53%)
Advantages
Using supramolecular technology will improve the transdermal absorption efficiency of siRNA.
A 12-week clinical study showed that UNISOUL® RNAiW showed better melasma removal effect by inhibiting the expression of MITF compared with 10% MAP (magnesium ascorbyl phosphate, a whitening ingredient).
We prepared supramolecular liposomes for UNISOUL® RNAiW. Compared with traditional liposome encapsulation, supramolecular technology can make siRNA transdermal absorption more efficient.
UNISOUL® RNAiW significantly inhibited the four most critical genes, MITF, TYR, TRP-1, and TRP-2, at both the mRNA transcription level and the protein expression level.

Using 0.8% UNISOUL® RNAiW, the melanin content is 64.7% lower than that of kojic acid. And this is only 0.8% content, while our pterostilbene essence has a 5% concentration.
