Return & Refund Policy

At UNILIPO, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please review the details below:

Eligibility for Returns:
  • Only products purchased directly from UNILIPO.us are eligible for return.

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

  • Items marked as final sale or gift with purchase are not eligible for returns.

Return Process:
  • Contact Us: Reach out to our Online Customer Service Team at help@unilipo.com to initiate the return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

  • Print the Label: Once your return is approved, you will receive a free prepaid return label via email. Print it and attach it to your return package.

  • Pack It: Carefully pack the items in their original packaging. Seal the box securely and affix the prepaid return label to the outside.

  • Ship It: Drop off the package at any UPS location. Full instructions will be included in the return label email.

Refunds:
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

  • If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product arrived damaged or defective.

Gifts & Exchanges:
  • If you received an item as a gift or wish to exchange it for another product, please contact our Customer Service Team. We will guide you through the process and provide the necessary instructions.

Non-Returnable Items:
  • Items not purchased from UNILIPO.us.

  • Final sale items, gift cards, or promotional items.

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.

Damage, Defect, or Shipping Issues:
  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or refund in such cases.
    Third-Party Forwarding Services: UNILIPO Online is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a third-party forwarding company. We recommend requesting the forwarder to refuse any damaged packages upon arrival. Any loss or damage that occurs after the forwarder receives the package is the responsibility of the forwarding company.
