Invention Title: Preparation Method of a Whitening and Anti-Aging Supramolecular Pterostilbene Microcapsule and Its Application
After being encapsulated in nanoliposomes, the Pterostilbene from Pterocarpus marsupium has undergone several significant improvements.
First, its whitening ability has increased tenfold at the same concentration.
In cellular experiments, the addition of just 0.06% UNISOUL® Reborn demonstrated a stronger effect than 0.3% KOJIC ACID, as well as a stronger effect than free Pterostilbene at an apparently similar concentration.

The 0.06% concentration refers to the concentration of the composite raw material, while UNISOUL® Reborn contains a 10% concentration of Pterostilbene. This means that the actual addition of just 0.006% Pterostilbene encapsulated in nanoliposomes can achieve the same melanin inhibition effect as a previously required tenfold concentration.
In a clinical trial involving more than 30 participants, using 2.5% UNISOUL® Reborn for 28 days resulted in a significant reduction in the number and size of brown spots, and the skin became noticeably brighter.
Second, its antioxidant and anti-wrinkle abilities are stronger.
It is important to highlight that Pterostilbene, as a methylated structural analog of RESVERATROL, possesses similarly powerful antioxidant properties.
(ORAC analysis measures the antioxidant capacity against oxygen radicals, while HORAC analysis measures the antioxidant capacity against hydroxyl radicals.)
After being encapsulated, the Pterostilbene nanoliposomes naturally achieve enhanced anti-wrinkle capabilities. Clinical trial results indicate that the anti-wrinkle effect is also very significant.
In fact, the upgraded UNISOUL® Reborn has become more than ten times stronger than before, thanks to the use of two key technologies: encapsulation in nanoliposome particles and the enhanced permeability of a supramolecular ionic liquid outside the liposomes. This, combined with the support of a biocompatible membrane, greatly increases the fluidity of the lipids and enables the rapid penetration of Pterostilbene.
Compared to unencapsulated free Pterostilbene, UNISOUL® Reborn significantly enhances transdermal permeability. This conclusion can be drawn from fluorescence detection.
In terms of skin penetration, UNISOUL® Reborn surpasses the amount of free Pterostilbene by more than twice within 30 minutes of application. After 16 hours, the Pterostilbene content in the skin reaches 9 times that of the control group.
